That’s why I created Ailíniú AMA — to offer personalised, trauma-informed wellness support specifically for hospitality professionals in Ireland. Through a unique blend of coaching, Reiki, mindfulness, and nutritional guidance, I help you reconnect with your energy, manage stress with intention, and restore the balance between giving and receiving.
